Standard Features
Upholstery fabric will be selected from approved contract quality fabric ranges, minimum Matindale test of 45,000 rubs and tested to Crib 5 or C&M
Fabric & Foam supplied complies with BS 7176: Fire test to non-domestic seating – Standard Brief
BS 7176 specifies requirements for the resistance to ignition of upholstered furniture used for seating when tested in accordance with BS 5852, BS EN 1021-1 or BS EN 1021-2, as appropriate
Furniture grade MFC or lacquered ply clading panels are fixed to the external face of the main steel structure
Upholstered acoustic panels are clipped to the interior surface
Low voltage LED lighting for consistent illumination is supplied on a PIR system with movement sensor. This ensures that when the unit is unoccupied the system will power down as an energy and cost saving measure and will activate when the pod is occupied
Modular power sockets are fused and installed flush with the surface to comply with BS1363
All UK and European socket types, data sockets and USB chargers are CE marked and certified by the manufacturers to comply with the relevant standards
